About Me
“Hmm. Not convenient to get a headshot right now. Hate selfies. Let’s try one of those AI headshot generators.” 🤦♀️
Hello! I’m Claudia
I’m a content strategist and systems thinker — and a collaborator at heart. I help teams shape complex ideas into structures people can use.
I’ve spent years working in content design, information architecture, and user experience across corporate, creative, and mission-driven settings. Today, I bring those skills into freelance and consulting work that centers on clarity, discoverability, and cross-functional alignment.
What about AI?
Over the past 18 months, I’ve deepened my practice in applied AI, including what’s now being called context engineering. This framing really resonates for me because it affirms something I’ve always believed: that language, relationships, and systems shape how we navigate complexity.
My work with AI —from automation and prompting to governance— reflects a broader commitment to ethical, intentional design. I see AI as a partner in making sense of complexity— when the technology’s strengths are well understood and thoughtfully matched with human ones.
Designing that kind of partnership means creating workflows that benefit individuals and serve the greater good — solving real problems while supporting growth and understanding on both sides.
Working from authenticity—together
Thoughtful design, to me, is about helping people navigate what’s real in a way that’s honest and usable.
I ask questions, surface context, and build structures that support action. My practice draws from years of facilitation and content planning, now strengthened by the tools and principles of context engineering.
What shapes my practice
Visually, I draw from a lifetime of drawing and calligraphy to create graceful, balanced design. Work in performance and in technical instruction has honed my public speaking skills.
If you’re navigating complexity and want a grounded partner, I’d love to connect.
